I am an experienced educator with a strong passion for professional learning programs, and I have over a decade of experience. I work closely with educational institutions and organizations to improve their current offerings and set clear, measurable goals for success and sustainability. My primary commitment is to expand educational initiatives that have a significant impact on learners and promote lasting change within communities. My consulting work focuses on helping educational programs grow—strategically and sustainably. From developing implementation plans to aligning curriculum with broader organizational goals, I support teams in scaling up without losing what made their programs successful in the first place.

Before transitioning to my consulting role, I worked as a Coordinator in a local school district for many years, where I was responsible for overseeing a variety of critical district-wide educational initiatives. My primary focus areas included implementing Restorative Practices to foster positive relationships and support student well-being, developing comprehensive behavior and discipline strategies to promote a safe learning environment, enhancing attendance programs to encourage student participation, and facilitating adult education programs to support lifelong learning in the community. Through these initiatives, I aimed to create supportive educational environments for both students and staff.

Prior to working for the school district, I was employed by a non-profit agency where I provided classroom support and social-emotional guidance to middle and high-school-aged students. My responsibilities included mentoring, offering academic support in reading, promoting college and career awareness, and behavioral support. Additionally, I volunteered my time in the community to help implement school initiatives focused on behavior support. ​​

My career has been dedicated to developing and implementing professional learning programs that cultivate positive learning environments for students to learn and grow. I've partnered extensively with administrators teachers, and school staff to strategically expand educational programming. I've also been instrumental in designing media and curricula that improve program effectiveness in the digital learning landscape. With my expertise, I focus on improving educational programs through effective curriculum design and ensuring their sustainability. I'm confident in my ability to create and maintain programs that align with your organization's needs and overall objectives.
